At Prime Property Management, our locally-owned and operated team specializes in serving private properties and condo associations. Our mission is to help you maximize your property’s value, minimize expenses and keep everything running smoothly. We believe communication is key to a successful partnership, and we take pride in leaving no stone unturned to ensure every aspect of your property is well taken care of.

Prime Property Management was initially started in order to manage a select group properties in Après Village, located in Carrabassett Valley. This was mainly due to the lack of reliable service offerings in the Carrabassett Valley area.

 

Quickly after establishing our presence in the region, we've found that condo associations in the Sugarloaf area had limited options when it came to companies who offered both the administrative AND hands on services. This has led to our expansion into the condo association management space, in addition to private home services.

The current owners of Prime Property Management come from a vast background of starting successful companies (some global), spanning from Real Estate, Professional Services, and beyond. They've done this with keeping the EMPLOYEE and CUSTOMERS best interest at heart.

Today, Prime Property Management is expanding rapidly and looking to see how we can continue to serve the Western Maine Mountain community, while delivering top quality to our customers and a great employment experience for our employees.
